QPR stands for Quality to Price ratio. These are wines aren't well known brands and likely won't receive a review from the major wine publications like Wine Spectator. Never the less these wines are great values relative to their price and we think they deserve your consideration.
The French have been making wine and partucularly sparkling wine for a few hunded years so often the results are good to great sparkling wines at all price points. This particular wine is made in the region known as the Loire valley, not to be confused with Champagne. You'd be hard pressed to find a genuine French Champagne for under 10 dollars but wines like this from the Loire river valley are huge values and often every bit as good as many Champagnes. Make no mistake this is not Champagne but rather a darn good French sparkler.
